In this 6 week online course you will be guided as a beginner meditator in the most beautiful mindful destinations right from the comfort of wherever you can connect to the internet. The course is designed so you have 5 daily meditations for the week and a starter introduction for you to know what is coming up that week. You will also get a positive affirmation for each day. Niema Golphin really leads these meditations in the most real and authentic way where she shares some mini stories with you in relation to inspiring you to start living a mindful lifestyle to get the most out of what you want to bring about in your life.

As a black women Niema looked for other meditators who looked like her when she first got started and their were not many so after 5 years of practice she wanted to share with other people of color how powerful meditation can be to tap into the depths of your soul by sitting still. Most of us if not all have experienced trauma, and are trying to do our best to stay encouraged and to balance all that we have going on in life. This meditation program is just for those looking to find balance, inspiration, accountability and more peace.
